What's the minimum commitment? ▾
KELN requires a minimum 3-month commitment at $1,500/month. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What does "unlimited requests" mean? ▾
You can send as many requests as you need — there are no hourly caps or task limits. We ask for reasonable use, which we define during onboarding.
Will my assistant really work in my timezone? ▾
Yes. Your dedicated assistant is matched to your timezone so you always have support during your working hours, no matter where you are in the world.
How quickly will I be set up? ▾
Once approved, we aim to have you onboarded and sending tasks within 24 hours. Most members are up and running the same day.
Can I lock in the $1,500 rate for good? ▾
Yes — founding members keep $1,500/month for life, even as our pricing increases for new members. That's the founding member guarantee.
